Roma had a meeting with Atalanta goalkeeper Pierluigi Gollini’s agent today, fuelling reports he’ll join them next season.
There had already been suggestions that Gollini was one of the first choices for the Giallorossi gloves, as Pau Lopez, Antonio Mirante and Daniel Fuzato are all on their way out.
So is Robin Olsen, even if Everton do not take up their option to buy after his loan spell.
According to Calciomercato.com, Gollini’s agent Giuseppe Riso met with Roma director Tiago Pinto today.
He also represents Giallorossi players Gianluca Mancini and Bryan Cristante, so the communication channels are already open.
Gollini is not first choice for Atalanta, who picked Marco Sportiello for the big Champions League clash with Real Madrid.
