Nicolò Zaniolo has announced he tested positive for COVID.
The Roma and Italy starlet is out of action until March with a knee injury but has been training at Trigoria over the last few weeks.
The player announced on Instagram he tested positive for Coronavirus.
“Hello everyone, unfortunately I’ve tested positive for COVID-19 after the swap test underwent this morning,” he wrote.
“I am feeling well, I have no symptoms, but of course I’ve begun the quarantine.
“I hope I can return to Trigoria as soon as possible, meanwhile I’ll support my teammates from home.”
